Shikigam Ki

Origin & Lore
Shiki (季), meaning “seasons,” is a spirit born from the eternal cycle of nature. In Japanese mythology, she is a hidden deity governing the turn of spring blossoms, summer storms, autumn leaves, and winter snow. Legend says she took human form due to mankind’s longing for the seasons’ beauty.

Abilities & Myths
As a shikigami, Shiki commands the power of all four seasons—reviving life in spring, summoning rains in summer, withering all in autumn, and halting time in winter. She embodies the concept of “cycle,” healing with gentle breezes or purging evil with frost. Folktales depict her as a guide to lost travelers, rewarding the devout with seasonal blessings and punishing greed with nature’s wrath.
